Creating symbols on a keyboard can be a useful skill to have, especially if you frequently use symbols such as \u00a9, \u2122, and \u00ae. Fortunately, there are several keyboard shortcuts you can use to easily create these symbols without having to memorize complex codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To create the copyright symbol (\u00a9), simply hold down the Alt key and type 0169 on the numeric keypad (not the numbers at the top of the keyboard). If your keyboard doesn’t have a numeric keypad, you can try holding down the Fn key while typing 0169 on the letters. When you release the Alt key, the copyright symbol should appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the trademark symbol (\u2122), hold down the Alt key and type 0153 on the numeric keypad. Again, if you don’t have a numeric keypad, try holding down the Fn key while typing 0153 on the letters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, for the registered trademark symbol (\u00ae), hold down the Alt key and type 0174 on the numeric keypad (or Fn + 0174 on the letters).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
